We are writing to inform you about the efforts we are making to ensure the best functioning of our platform and continue providing you with quality service.
Currently, we have contacted Namecheap’s technical support to resolve two important issues: the reissuance of the SSL certificate and the hosting renewal. Although we have received a response regarding the SSL, the problem has not yet been completely resolved. On the other hand, we are still waiting for a response from the hosting team regarding the switch to a plan with more space, which is necessary due to the increase in our valued users.
If we do not receive a prompt response concerning the hosting, we may have to renew the current plan, despite the 500 errors that have started appearing on the website. We are unable to move to the new plan without resolving these issues with technical support first.
