This user often reaches the minimum payment and requests a payment with a missing wallet. When we try to send the payment, the payment does not arrive but the money is lost by giving an address with fake bills. He does this and then posts a message on the PTC forum saying that we are scamming him here. Here his payments are delivered correctly. The problem is that they give wallets that do not go anywhere.

we provide proof to whoever requests it.

this user should also provide proof that said payment did not arrive. Here we work to maintain harmony on the site.
